Call 502-727-2010. Prefer to write? Email [email protected].
None of this is a requirement. If you can answer half of it, call. It just makes the first ten minutes more useful.
That fifth and sixth item trip up a lot of owners. It's common for a website or a listing to be set up by a nephew, a former employee or a company that's no longer around, with the login nowhere to be found. Tell us if that's you. It's fixable, and it's better to know before anything else gets planned.
Step two sometimes happens while you're on the line. We'll search your service and your town on a phone, then search your business name, and say out loud what we see. You'll get a plain read: you're on the map, you're not, your hours look wrong, there are two listings for you.
Step three is a short list. One or two things to fix first, and why those. Not a forty-page audit.
Step four is yours. We talk through pricing on the call, so ask whatever you want to know. If it isn't a fit, or you'd rather think about it, that's fine too. No hard sell. You keep what we found.
If you've got two minutes, pick up your phone and try these. You don't need to do anything about what you see. It just gives us something to talk about.
If you only do one, do the second. A wrong phone number on a listing is a quick fix, and every day it sits there is a call you never heard about.
Small and mid-sized businesses that get customers from people nearby, in the Louisville area. Think the shop, the office, the service van. And contractors, including roofers and HVAC companies, who mostly want the phone to ring.
If you sell only online to the whole country and nobody local ever finds you through a search, local SEO won't do much for you, and we'll tell you that on the call instead of taking the work.
Not sure you're the kind of business we mean? Call and describe what you do. It takes a minute to find out.
Want the detail first? Each of these pages covers one service: Google Business Profile optimization, local website design, HVAC contractor SEO and lead generation for contractors. The local SEO services page covers all five in one place.
If you're wondering whether your situation is worth a call, here are the usual ones. Yours doesn't have to match.
Something changed, and nobody knows what. A competitor moved up, a listing got edited, a duplicate appeared, the website broke on phones. We start by looking at what a customer sees today.
Old details hang around for a long time on directories and map apps. Cleaning them up is dull work, and it's a common reason a business stays hard to find.
Tell us what you want the site to do. For most local businesses the answer is one thing: get the visitor to call.
Fair. Say what trade you're in and what town you work in. We'll go over what kinds of calls come from where.
Google decides what comes down, and only if it breaks Google's rules. What we can do is talk through how to reply, and how to ask more of your real customers for their opinion.
Maybe you do. Maybe you need a corrected phone number. Call and we'll say which.
Bring these to every call, ours included. Write the answers down. You'll compare them later and notice who dodged.
An answer like “it depends, let me look” beats a confident number from someone who hasn't looked. We'll answer all of these on the phone.
You can email [email protected]. Say what you do, what town you're in and the best number to reach you. That's enough for us to take a look before we talk.
A few things make the first reply more useful:
Keep it to that. Email isn't a secure channel, so don't send passwords, card numbers or account logins in a message. We'll never need them in the first email, and if we need access later we'll talk about how to do that safely.
Phone and email are the quickest. If you'd rather we reach out to you, there are short forms too.

Which one? Call if you'd like a straight answer and a conversation. Email if you'd rather write it down, or you have something to point us at, like a link to your website or your listing.
Rather fill something out? Ask for a free Google checkup, or if you're in the trades, ask for a contractor listing check. Want to talk on a set day? Ask Tony to call you back. Booked calls are on Fridays and Saturdays. The forms ask for your name, business, town, phone and email, and every one lands in Tony's inbox. Our website is 4localseo.com.
We work with businesses around the Louisville area. Tell us your town on the call.
No. Tell us what you do and what's bugging you, and we'll work out the rest together. Plenty of people start with “my phone isn't ringing like it used to” and that's a fine place to begin.
Yes. You don't need to be ready to hire anyone. A short honest conversation beats a long pitch, for you and for us.
We talk through pricing on the call. There are no prices on this site, so if cost is the first thing you want to know, ask it first.
Say so. Often the business has one that somebody set up years ago and nobody remembers. We can look it up during the call, and you can search your own business name on your phone while we talk.
Sure. If somebody else answers the phones or knows the website login, it helps to have them there.
No. We work with small and mid-sized local businesses. Contractors, including roofers and HVAC companies, who mostly want the phone to ring, are a good fit too.
Tell us. Calling to ask a question doesn't commit you to anything. We'll look at what's there and tell you straight what we see, including if it looks fine.
We use it to talk with you about what you asked for, and if you hire us, to do the work. If you filled out a form, we may follow up by phone or email, and we'll stop when you tell us to. We don't sell it. The privacy page says it in plain English.
If you'd like to read before you call, start with the about page. It covers who runs the company, what we won't do, and how to size up any agency. When you're ready, the number is above, and again below.
