What happens on the call

  1. You tell me about the business: what you do and where.
  2. I look up your main service in your town, the way a customer would, sometimes while you're on the line.
  3. I tell you the one or two things I'd fix first, and why.
  4. If the Starter fits, you can start it on the call. If you need more than that, I'll send a one-page plan.

  • Your website address, if you have one
  • Whether you can log in to your Google listing
  • Who built your website, and whether you have the login
