You're in. Here's what happens now.

Thanks for starting the Google Profile Starter. I need two things from you, then the rest is on me.

Step 1: add me as a manager on your listing

It takes about two minutes and you stay the owner. I'm emailing you the address to add. Look for it in the next few minutes, and check spam if it isn't there.

1. Sign in to the Google account that owns your listing, and pull up your Business Profile.
2. Open the menu (the three dots), then Business Profile settings, then People and access.
3. Tap Add, and enter the address from my email.
4. Under Access, pick Manager, not Owner. Then Invite.

Google moves its menus now and then. Its own steps are on Google's help page for owners and managers. If yours doesn't match, call and I'll walk you through it on the phone.

Step 2: send me 3 to 5 job photos

Email them to [email protected]. Phone photos are fine. A finished job, your truck, the before and after on a repair. Skip anything with a customer's house number or face in it unless they're OK with it.

Step 3: I do the setup

Once I'm in as manager, I'll email you the date the setup will be done. When it's finished you get before-and-after screenshots and your first post draft to OK.
